I’m Ashlee.

For as long as I can remember, my unofficial job title, no matter where I worked, has been Champion of Joy. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just a personality trait or a favored skill but a calling. And eventually, it became the company I was meant to create.

I’ve built my career at the intersection of two worlds: performance and philanthropy. With a background onstage and more than 14 years of hands-on fundraising experience, I’m uniquely positioned to take the mic in a way that commands attention, celebrates generosity, and makes giving feel fun for everyone.

My work has taken me across the country supporting mission-driven events, strengthening donor engagement, and helping organizations nationwide tell their stories with authenticity and heart. I’ve helped raise millions of dollars both behind the scenes and onstage, pairing fundraising strategy with a natural performance presence to spark connection and inspire generosity.
